Anti-wrinkle Treatment

Anti-aging treatments, like Botulinum toxin injections, commonly known as Botox or anti-wrinkle injections, target lines and wrinkles for a rejuvenated appearance.
Administered with a fine needle, the toxin temporarily blocks nerve signals in the targeted muscle, relaxing facial muscles and offering a visibly youthful and refreshed look.
Various brands can be used such as Botox, Azzalure, Bocouture, and Nuceiva. These are prescription-only medications that require a qualified practitioner for a prescription.

Anti-aging treatments often are used to treat forehead lines, crowfeet, frown lines, lower face, neck, downturned mouth, gummy smile, and chin dimpling.
You will receive a face-to-face consultation to discuss your treatment plan, medical history, risks, and side effects before agreeing to the procedure. The treatment only lasts around 20 minutes and uses a very fine needle to ensure patient comfort.

Although side effects are rare potential side effects include redness, swelling, and bruising. Temporary headaches can occur, typically on the day of treatment, however, pain relief can help this.
Full aftercare will be provided by Chloe at the appointment.

Refrain from using anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen, aspirin, naproxen (unless prescribed by a doctor) for 3 days prior to reduce bruising risk.
Avoid alcohol at least 24 hours before treatment.
Consider taking arnica orally if prone to bruising a few days before treatment.
Avoid scheduling treatment within 2 weeks of a significant event or holiday to allow time for potential side effects like bruising or a review appointment.

After treatment, expect results in 2 to 3 days, with full effects visible in 2 weeks.
Chloé will guide your post-procedure care for the best outcome. Following treatment, most can resume normal activities, though redness and minor swelling may occur initially. Headaches can be alleviated with simple analgesia.
Advice includes avoiding makeup for 12 hours, refraining from touching the treated area until the next day, and steering clear of extreme temperature and vigorous exercise on the treatment day.
Skin Boosters - Profhilo & Teoxane Redensity 1

Profhilo is an injectable hyaluronic acid-based treatment designed to stimulate the skin’s natural collagen and elastin production whilst hydrating the skin.

A skin booster that contains non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, plus a cocktail of antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins (B6), and minerals.

Choose Redensity 1 if you want a skin revitalization, glow, and hydration boost, especially for dull skin or fine lines.
Choose Profhilo if your concern is dehydration, skin laxity, loss of firmness, or a more intensive collagen stimulation.

Profhilo - It is recommended to have a course of 2 treatments 4 weeks apart for optimal results You can then have a top-up treatment every 3-4 months or a course of two again at 6 months.
Redensity 1 - It is recommended to have a course of 2-3 treatments every 3 weeks for optimal results You can then have a top-up treatment every 3-6 months.

Common side effects include redness, swelling, bruising and tenderness. Normally this subsides within 24 hours but can vary from patient to patient.
Redensity 1 can leave small lumps for a short while after treatment due to the depth the product is placed compared to Profhilo.
Lip Filler

Lip enhancements are a very popular treatment that enhances volume to improve the definition and hydration of the lips. Dermal filler can be used to create a naturally fuller lip, restore volume loss, or fill unwanted lines such as smokers lines.

Chloé only ever uses fillers by Teoxane, these fillers are developed by medics and they use a high-quality hyaluronic acid which is highly cross-linked allowing the filler to integrate into the tissues well mimicking our tissues. Teoxane filler maintains its structure well, so migration should not occur.

Treatment usually lasts 45 minutes including the use of topical anaesthetic, Teoxane fillers also contain lidocaine which is a local anaesthetic so the treatment should be comfortable for patients.

Common side effects are swelling, bruising, and tenderness for the first 2-4 days. It takes two weeks for filler to fully settle.
Serious complications can arise from filler such as vascular occlusions, however Chloé knows what to look for so you’re in safe hands. Chloé will advise regarding all aftercare at the treatment appointment.

They’re primarily used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and rejuvenate the skin. Dermal fillers treat places like the cheeks, chin, jawline, tear trough, mouth to chin (marionette lines), nose to mouth (nasolabial folds), and lips.

Skin Rejuvenation

Polynucleotides are natural molecules that are composed of chains of nucleotides that are derived from DNA fragments, so help to replace what is lost in the cells as we age.
They’re recognised for their skin rejuvenating, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and healing benefits.

Polynucleotides can be an uncomfortable treatment; however topical analgesia will be applied prior to treatment for patient comfort. If patients are worried about this then an alternative treatment of exosomes may be offered for patient comfort.
An initial course of three is needed to achieve desired results, only one treatment is then required every 6 months to keep treatment results topped up.

Polynucleotides and exosomes are both advanced skin treatments that help with rejuvenation, healing, and anti-aging, but they work in slightly different ways.
Exosomes are more comfortable to have and can target a larger area. However polynucleotides are great for singular areas such as under eyes.

Microneedling

Microneedling is a skin treatment that uses tiny, fine needles to create micro-injuries in the skin, which stimulates your body’s natural healing process. This boosts collagen and elastin production, helping to improve skin texture, reduce fine lines, acne scars, and large pores. It’s a safe and effective way to rejuvenate the skin, often with minimal downtime.

Your skin will be cleansed and a numbing cream may be applied depending on the concern and product being applied. A device with tiny, sterile needles will be gently passed over your skin to create controlled micro-injuries. Most people feel only light pressure or a mild scratching sensation. The treatment usually takes about 30–45 minutes, depending on the area.

Afterward, your skin may look red similar to a mild sunburn, and feel slightly tight or warm for a day or two. Some dryness or flaking can occur as your skin heals and renews itself. You’ll be given aftercare instructions, including using gentle products and avoiding sun exposure. Most people start to see a healthy glow within a few days, with smoother, firmer skin improving over the following weeks. For best results, a series of treatments is often recommended.
